This site is a growing repository of scripts and various other code that I produced for different research projects. I’m currently migrating away from a previous version, so some of the links aren’t yet working (the tutorials for using PACE data, in particular, aren’t up yet).

This site is built using rmarkdown , and the source for the site is available here
